Family of God Lutheran Church in Buckingham, PA partnered with Audiobahn to modernize its sanctuary audio and video systems with one clear goal: create technology that is simple to operate, reliable every week, and designed to support worship without unnecessary complexity.
To accomplish this, Audiobahn replaced the church’s aging sound system with a modern Allen & Heath DSP-based audio platform, paired with JBL column array loudspeakers that provide clear, even coverage throughout the sanctuary. New Shure wireless microphones, integrated assisted listening, and intuitive iPad-based control give staff and volunteers professional-quality audio while keeping day-to-day operation straightforward and dependable.
The project also included a thoughtfully designed equipment rack that securely stores and charges wireless microphones and assisted listening devices, ensuring everything is organized and ready for worship each week. Rather than replacing the church’s existing livestream equipment, Audiobahn integrated it into the new audio system, significantly improving broadcast sound quality while preserving the church’s previous investment.
Today, Family of God Lutheran Church enjoys a worship technology system that is easy to use, simple to maintain, and built to serve the congregation for years to come. By focusing on reliability, intuitive operation, and thoughtful system design, Audiobahn delivered a solution that allows volunteers to spend less time managing technology and more time supporting worship.
