Grace Pointe Community Church
Audiobahn upgraded Grace Pointe Community Church’s aging video system by replacing their projector and screen with a new Epson laser projector and 16:9 fixed-frame display, installing it as part of their updated stage design. We also cleaned up and rerouted their entire video workflow through their Blackmagic switcher, added a DeckLink Duo for expanded ProPresenter outputs, and integrated a Web Presenter 4K to simplify and enhance their livestreaming setup.
At Grace Pointe Community Church, Audiobahn delivered a full modernization of their visual and livestreaming systems. The project centered around replacing their aging projection setup with a new Epson laser projector installed from the rear balcony and a 16:9 fixed-frame projection surface mounted on the redesigned stage wall. This upgrade dramatically improved clarity, brightness, and reliability for weekly services.
Behind the scenes, we reorganized and rewired their entire video infrastructure to create a clean, intuitive, and fully switcher-driven workflow. All inputs and outputs — including cameras, ProPresenter, and the new projection system — were rerouted through their Blackmagic production switcher, giving the church instant control over what appears on the main screen with a single button press.
To enhance output flexibility, we installed a Blackmagic DeckLink Duo in the ProPresenter machine, enabling four dedicated feeds: a full-screen graphics output, a key and fill for lower thirds or overlays, and a confidence monitor feed for the stage. We also integrated a Blackmagic Web Presenter 4K to provide a more reliable, higher-quality livestream output and a simplified interface for volunteers.
The end result is a cleaner, more capable video system that supports Grace Pointe’s weekly worship, live production, and streaming needs with greater clarity, consistency, and ease of use.
