We offer factory authorized service for most of the brands we sell. Please call to verify authorization prior to sending in any product for warranty service. Not all manufacturers offer field warranty service.
We also provide non-warranty service for just about any product regardless of where it was purchased. Just include a written explanation of the problems you are experiencing and include with your product. Return authorization numbers are not required.
Our standard bench rate is $80 per hour. If you require an estimate prior to repair there is a minimum $40.00 charge even if you decide not to repair the product. Rush service is available for an additional $50.00 per item.
